Amor Propio Necklace

In a search to find myself after becoming a mother i was inspired to create a necklace design that symbolizes love, self love.

Amor propio means self love in my native language papiamentu.

The necklaces are made with Curaçao’s very own calabash fruit shell. I kept the natural color of the calabash and used embellished stones to illustrate a heart on the calabash shell to make it pop with love.

Wear this collection (earrings and/or neckalce) if you want to be reminded of the love you have for yourself, you owe it to yourself to love yourself deeply. You cannot pour from a empty cup, so this is your reminder to fill your cup.
